Installation Guide
- Mount the unit on standard DIN rail inside the control cabinet.
- Connect redundant 24VDC power supply to PWR terminals.
- Wire Ethernet / RBUS communication cables, use shielded marine twisted pair cable.
- Connect DI/DO, PROFIBUS, CANBUS serial interfaces according to system drawing.
- Power on and complete system configuration, firmware download and communication test.
Warning: Do not open the housing in marine hazardous area. Only qualified marine automation engineers are allowed to install, replace and debug.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Built-in LED status indicators for power, network, fault and running status.
- Use remote diagnostic tool to read event logs and fault codes.
- For redundant setup, hot swap can be performed without shutdown of the whole system.
- If hardware failure occurs, replace the whole RCU602 unit; field repair of internal circuit is not allowed.
