1. Full Detailed Product Overview
IS200SPIDG1ABA is a dedicated terminal interface board belonging to GE IS200 series Mark VIe turbine control hardware, abbreviated as SPID (Speed Input) board, which is the signal transfer bridge between turbine speed sensors and SPID main processing module. It receives pulse frequency signals output by magnetic pickup speed probes installed on gas turbine, steam turbine and generator rotating shafts, and completes multi-stage EMI filtering, surge overvoltage suppression and signal impedance matching inside the board to eliminate signal distortion caused by high-voltage frequency converters, large motors and power cabinet electromagnetic radiation. The board is equipped with a standard D-SUB multi-pin locking connector on the front panel to plug into the SPID main board, and terminal wiring terminals on the lower metal mounting bracket for field speed sensor cable access, realizing standardized separation of internal cabinet control wiring and field equipment wiring, greatly simplifying on-site wiring and later maintenance troubleshooting work. It supports real-time acquisition of shaft speed signals within 0~30000RPM, with ultra-high measurement resolution up to 0.01RPM, and feeds back abnormal signal states such as sensor open circuit, short circuit and signal loss to the Mark VIe controller through backplane bus, triggering turbine overspeed protection, trip interlock and alarm logic in time. Adopts industrial wide-temperature PCB design with conformal coating, stable continuous operation in -20℃ ~ +70℃ power cabinet environment, supports rack drawer plug-in installation, compatible with all standard Mark VIe I/O rack backplanes, widely used in thermal power combined cycle units, hydropower turbine governor systems, offshore gas turbine power generation and petrochemical large compressor speed closed-loop control systems.
