Triconex 8312 Power Supply Module
The Triconex 8312 is a dedicated 230VAC input redundant power supply module designed for Tricon TMR safety instrument system racks. It provides stable isolated DC power for all CPU, I/O and communication modules, meeting SIL 3 safety power supply requirements with multi-layer fault monitoring and hot-swap backup function for continuous SIS operation.

PASS Indicator Light
Solid light means the power module operates normally with stable output voltage and no internal fault alarms.
FAIL Indicator Light
Light up when internal circuit failure, output overload or power conversion abnormality is detected.
ALARM Indicator Light
Triggered when input voltage fluctuation exceeds allowable range or abnormal power loss occurs.
TEMP & BAT LOW Indicators
TEMP light for overheat warning; BAT LOW light alerts backup battery undervoltage status.
